Established in 1977, this is one of the only two revolving Chinese restaurants in Singapore. At 15-storeys high, the restaurant gives diners panoramic views of the city skyline, Sentosa and the surrounding waters. It specializes in Beijing cuisine with a wide selection of dim sum (bite-sized portions of food served in steamer baskets or small plates) and signature dishes such as Peking duck and Shredded Scallops with Fish and Egg White. The Peking duck is superbly done with crispy duck skin on a wafer-thin pancake.
